With ongoing and significant lifestyle changes, attracting and keeping members is strongly linked to your ability to offer flexible payment options to suit all needs.

Successful clubs noted a significant change in membership levels after they moved from a limited category model where you paid annually, to a selection of memberships which were all available through various payment time frames including weekly, monthly and quarterly payments.

The good news is that you just tell us what categories you want and the frequency of the payment, and we manage the hard part. 

  • New members can join up in under a minute in person or over the phone, and all ongoing payments are collected automatically.

  • All renewal notifications and category changes will be managed by Book+Play, allowing you to focus on your members rather than chasing payments.

New members can be joined up and playing in just a few minutes. Add the details on the screen, choose the membership category and take the payment.


Prior to the renewal date the member will be contacted with the current renewal options. Once they have confirmed their choice of category, we will update their membership status.
